Site Rules

In order to provide safety and comfort for all we have a few house rules to ensure these obligations are met.

  • We regret that we do not accept single sex groups, or teenagers without parental supervision.
  • In order to provide a peaceful night for all, no excessive noise is permitted between the hours of 11.00 pm and 8am. Persons making excessive noise or creating a disturbance at any time will be asked to leave the park without refund.
  • Where anyone creates excessive noise or disturbance within a group, causing inconvenience or upset to other campers, the whole group may be asked to leave the park. No refunds whatsoever will be made.
  • All adults staying at Trefach must check in at Reception to verify your booking and obtain a copy of the Park Rules.
  • Booking in and receiving Park rules is your commitment to abide by them.
  • Please do not encroach on your neighbour’s pitch after you have been sited.
  • Open fires are not allowed on the park. Portable BBQs are permitted but stands are to be used. For your personal safety, gas bottles and BBQs must not be used in tents or awnings.
  • No firearms, offensive weapons or fireworks of any kind are allowed on the park. Anyone caught with or using these items will be asked to leave the park and the police informed.
  • Trefach is set in the National Parks and the destruction of trees, shrubs or wildlife is strictly forbidden.
  • There is a speed limit of 5mph on site. Only holders of a full driving license shall drive a vehicle on the park.
  • Under no circumstances are vehicles to be driven or shunted by under age drivers.
  • Dogs are welcome at Trefach but must not be kennelled and should remain tethered when not being walked. Please clean up after your dog and do not leave it unattended at any time. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when in the park grounds. We reserve the right to require that the owner remove the pet from the park if it causes a nuisance or danger to other guests. Anyone reported of allowing their dog to foul without picking up will be asked to leave without refund. All tourers are limited to one dog per pitch. This concession is not interchangeable between pitches.
  • No unlawful drugs may be used, or any criminal activities to take place at Trefach. Children must be supervised and not cause a danger to themselves or others.
  • Campers and Tourers are not permitted to enter the owner’s area of static accommodation unless invited.
  • No sky lanterns are permitted.
  • Trefach Ltd will only accept credit/debit card or cash payments.
  • While we will do our utmost to satisfy your requirements and make your stay enjoyable, we, at our discretion, reserve the right to withdraw any advertised services and to cancel any bookings made for clients, in which event no liability in respect of such cancellations shall fall on the company, save that the company shall refund any monies already paid in respect of bookings so cancelled.
  • Liability is not accepted by the company for accidents to clients and their guests, or for the loss or damage to personal property.
  • Please only book and stay for your intended night’s stay as there will be no refunds due to weather conditions or any reason, other than Trefach cancelling your booking.
  • If after payment and checking in it is found that there are extra people, cars or dogs that have not been included or declared, we reserve the right to consider this a breach of contract and you may be asked to leave without refund.
  • All Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made. Once sited you are not to move pitch unless agreed with Trefach Ltd.
  • Bookings are accepted for the persons named and are not transferable.
  • On arrival please declare all occupants and details as this can cause inconvenience later on when discrepancies arise after checks have been made.
  • Cheques are only accepted for deposits and should be made payable to Trefach Ltd.
  • The toilets and shower blocks at Trefach have just been renovated with new boilers, taps and showerheads fitted. Anyone found interfering with or damaging these facilities will be prosecuted and asked to leave without refund.

  • Once sited tourers are not to be moved elsewhere without the express consent of the owners.
  • In the unlikely event of a disagreement between other campers , all incidents must be reported to Trefach Ltd whose decision will be final and binding.
